Char & Pips Gems and Pearls: Return Policy

REFUNDS: ANY item that requires a bomb cannot be refunded! Once an order has been placed and your items have been revealed, there is no returns or refunds. Please make sure to read the item descriptions on all products you plan on ordering. If you choose to fizz at home, you agree that no refunds or exchanges will be made for discoloration or poorly shaped pearls. You agree that these bombs ARE NOT bath bombs - please do not use these in your bath!

DAMANGES & ISSUES: Once you receive your order, please inspect it immediately and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours by emailing charpipsjewelry@gmail.com! All jewelry that requires us to mount the pearl will have a 45 day warranty. Please take care of your pearls. Any pearl item should be the last item to put on and first item to come off! Do NOT wear your pearls while using perfume or hairspray and remove jewelry before washing your hands. Never wear while in the shower or bath!

RETURNS/REFUNDS: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed and posted to original payment method.
